With a working partnership between us and our customers, we have also developed Dock to Stock Certification, KANBANs, and J.I.T. delivery certifications.
In order to meet the challenges of increasingly tighter tolerances, we are constantly improving our processes by way of machine tool purchases, improved inspection equipment and procedures, and ongoing training of personnel. Our capabilities allow machined tolerances down to +/- .0002 with tighter process control limits and machined finishes of 16 or better. We machine most metals and plastics, including, Moly, Kovar, Copper, Nickel-Copper Alloys, and many others.
We supply the needs of a wide spectrum of industry with precision machined parts.
